Participation in the beta program does not guarantee future access to the platform.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

Creators are solely responsible for the content they upload and distribute through the platform.

XOXO reserves the right to remove content, suspend accounts or terminate access to the platform at its sole discretion.

Premium purchases and wallet transactions may be subject to additional payment provider terms and conditions.
